My salary is around 22 basic, works out more due to the night bonus and annual bonus
anyway, i seem to find it hard to save/limit my spending
My rent is 300/month - no bills , company house, so the money I get paid is after tax/rent - 1300 or so
Bills for the month

so if we said 506 max to pay out, leaves me with around 700-800 after paying bills and rent,
how much should I pay back for my debts each month?

I nearly fell off my chair when I saw that you spend £300-400 a month on food. If you live on your own you should certainly be able to get that down - try shopping in places like Lidl - I have just done my monthly shop there and the bill came to £21.20 and now my freezer and veg box are full again:D
Agree with another poster - go over to Oldstyle Moneysaving and find out about meal planning, grocery challenges etc.0
