As of today I am seperating mine and DH debts, and DHs creditors can whistle for their money (well stick on a DMP for the next 266 years).
From now on I'm working to rule they can have CCA requests and we will follow CCCS advice on how much to pay them rather than cutting back. Cos if someone is driving me to tears then they can stick it.

Had a bad night then had to phone the Halifax to chase up the missing payments. Joyus as you have to phone several times till you get a human by which time you are in tears. Then when you finally get that person, they sort it out in 5 mins and say why didn't the people you spoke to earlier just look in the holding account.AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGG. Wasn't that what I asked them to do last week now will have to wait till its investigated. Well they can stick it, I give up.Barclaycard 3800

If thats really how you feel about it, then go for it. They cannot have it if you don't have it, but destroying yourselves to pay it back is definately not worth it. Yes, you owe money but you do not owe blood and you are still entitled to a life.
