    If nothing else, it will show whether 'Fifty Plus' acted responsibly in granting the account.
    I doubt that they will be able to come up wth a cca - catalogue companies are notoriously lapse on this sort of thing, ut, at the end of the day - they should never have opened an account without verifying the details of the account holder.
    IF that is what they have done, then they deserve to be forced to 'write the debt off'.
    I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
    If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

    just read this through and I think going for the CCA (credit agreement ) is the best way forward - as soon as I saw it was a catalogue, I thought of going for a CCA.
