I'm not going to provide advice on the CC thing this as I'm no expert, but would it be worth putting up your latest SOA, see if we can 'find' any more money for you?
Or could you do some boot sales, Ebaying to find some extra cash to throw at the debt? It might make it easier to feel like you're making some progress with the OD as well as clearing CC debt.
Well done for cutting out so much money already and being able to put it on your debt, though, that's fantastic.
