I've posted on here before about this company but now i'm really fed up, I made an agreement to pay £10.00 per month back in April which I've kept to, on 25th June I had a little extra cash so paid £30.00, now I've received a statement with an admin charge of £12.00 because they didn't get a payment last month, when I spoke to them they said there was no arrangement set up and the computer just assumed I'd paid extra.
I've asked them to pass it over to an external debt collecting agency but they won't do this until I stop paying and can't tell me how long that will take, meanwhile more charges will go on, any advice would be appreciated.
