Disney store Wall-E scrathcards-grr!

We saw this offer in the store over the weekend, free scratchcard with any purchase, and that everyone is a winner- the bulk of the prizes being £10 discount vouchers. My husband and I bought a nominal item, claimed our scratchcards and came home to register our codes on the website using our own email addresses, so far so good.

However we are still waiting for the confirmation email with the "prize"!

I have told the little ones they can take their pocket money to the disney store once they arrive, I was hoping to go today as I have to go into town.

So frustrating. Just wonder if anyone else has received their voucher ok? These are the T&Cs http://www.disney.co.uk/disneystore/win/terms.html

the problem i had with these scaratch cards were that you can only print one voucher off per computer! i was cheeky and used 2 different emails, got £2 from each scratch card, printed the 1st out fine,when i tried to do the 2nd one it said i have printed out my quota (or something along those lines!)
my dad did one too and got £2. i think they are all £2.
i recieved the vouchers fine, in my normal inbox. could it have gone in your junk mail?

My son bought a Wall-e toy this week and we had one of these scratch cards. When I tried to register the code, it came up as an invalid code, and on trying it for a second time, it said that I could only use one code per household, thus implying that the first time it had gone through!

I have not received any voucher, so I think there is some sort of problem with this promotion.

Got the email's ok. But printing them is an absolute nightmare. Got to install coupon printer and to do that it tells me to disable the anti virus or it won't install!

They can shove their voucher. It has really annoyed the kids as they thought they were going to get half the disney store with their £2 vouchers!!

me and oh both got invalid code also tried again said cant be used twice, once would be nice

i got an invalid code page also.use their contact us page.had the £2 voucher sent through the post.

We managed to get three to print off but it was a major pain. Had to transfer emails to different computers in the house. Tried for a fourth no luck so off to my parents to print more.
