    :hello: Hi all.

Today my only spend was a £3.90 bus ticket, and I spent the majority of the day travelling so avoided all expensive train/station food!

I am desperate for another NSD but tomorrow I have to do some food shopping and buy some birthday presents so it's looking like Wednesday at earliest. x

Sorry kizzy - I didn't post anything, but I have been asked back for a second interview. Unfortunately, the general manager is on holiday so the interview is not until the 22nd of August (another 2 weeks   ).
Still - patience is a virtue.

Although they told me, last Friday, that I would be asked back, it was only confirmed, this afternoon, kizzy - and I've been trying not to get too 'excited' just in case it all falls through.
I'm so pleased that you enjoyed your holiday - I'm sorry that the circumstances were less than ideal.
You went to a part of Italy that I know extremely well (my business suppliers were based in Trento and Verona) I love going to eat at Desenzano.
To be honest I was jealous - I would give my eye teeth to be over there now, and, as the alternative to getting this job is to start up my business again, the whole idea of it s now very tempting indeed.

  • no idea.....hopefully nothing as dont need anything and got nothing planned for today....its just one of those 'tempting' days to go out and purchase something completely unneccessary to stave off boredom. For now will go tidy my bedroom and try not to spend anything.

Not as good as planned but I dont think is too bad

£29.65 in Sainsburys for inks for the computer to stop me spending 10p a sheet in the library. Also bought a pepper, mushrooms, onion, chicken, bread and a bag of chocolate.

£3.94 in W H Smith on popper wallets to store my receipts, check book, pay in book and all different pay in slips I need for paying off extras on my debts ......and a wee bottle of diet coke.

Left in my purse was £5 so put that into my payment a day for mortgage and £3 left in bank so paid that to online council tax.
