    Following on from that - and quoting a Mr Derek Trotter.

    You may need to stretch your income ot get the mortgage you need Mr Strangelybrown. If your not careful, your going to end up with a nice little stretch.

    May sound as though you feel you are doing no wrong in requesting a S/C mortgage but it is.

    From what you wrote yesterday (which wound me up and I hope you get a high rate mortgage), you probably have children and claim hundreds of pounds in tax credits as you declare you earn less than £5K pa net!!!!!
