Hi Ladies
BIG HUGS to everyone who needs them at the moment.
Am sitting here with BIG cup of fully loaded coffee and some choccie biccies to recover after the trip to Clarks this morning! AAARRRGGGGGGHHHH!
Seems that today all the stupid people decided to get shoes for their children. (Me included!!) 3 people failed to see the ticket machine then got the hump cos no-one served them, whilst some of the children decided that it was a soft play area and were jumping all over the seats where other children were trying to have their shoes fitted! FINALLY managed to escape with school shoes for DD2, trainers for all 3 and footie boots for DS and a thumping headache! Still - that's all the uniform done and dusted!!!!
Plan for the weekend to sort out the kitchen big cupboard to make some room for the stuff I ordered last night! (Naughty girl - still DH said I could have it 'cos I made him a lemon drizzle cake - some people are SO cheap!)
Am going to get rid of the nasty old baking tins that haven't been used since DD1 was born (and she's just turned 10).
Wish me luck!

And that's why she (and I) shouldn't drink:rotfl:
Mind you - I just got 9 in a row in - not bad for the daytime! And you have to have a delay between posts!

Sorry!!!!!! Only saw once I had posted!! Us red heads need to stick together!!!
Have decided that I am now officially a sad person 'cos I woke DH up last night to tell him I had bought a pie slice for left AND right handed people!!! In the ginger house the grown ups are both lefties and the gingerkids are all weird right handed versions - hence the excitement!!!

Post first and read later!
Afternoon all
Three loads of washing out, sun at last! Includes DD's bedding and the cats blankets. And the machine has been on with vinegar for a rinse too.
Made a victoria sandwich and some little currant cakes. Prepped all veggies for dinner (which is cooking now). Then cleaned round kitchen, dusted living room and vacuumed right through downstairs.
Took the dog over the shop for a walk and paid the paper bill.
Sat in the garden and read the paper. I haven't done that many times this summer.
