Morning All
I'm not going to attempt to do 10 consecutive posts or fill a page - I'm probably talking to myself as it is at this time of the morning especially as Soappie's off today.
I wanted to paint the radiators today but I don't know where the paint is - I bought it months ago - probably a year ago - and I still haven't done them. I'll look in the shed later. Kids are going to my friend's house today so I should have plenty of time to do things but I need petrol and could do with doing a bit of shopping as well which will be a lot easier without the kids. I just know the day will go too fast!
I'm going to wrap a couple of birthday presents now and wash the dishes and then that will be a start.
Does anyone want to volunteer to come and do some ironing for me? Valli - you like ironing and I've got a mountain!
Catch you all in a bit when you've emerged from your pits.
Have a good day
Hugs
Jue
PS. Tag - hope things are better this morning.NST #10 Steps 7K 2/30 10K 2/12 5 a day 3/30 NSD 0/20

Morning all
JJ - my computer threatened to do that just now but I managed to postpone it for a bit.
Lovely weather out there at the mo and the forecast is set fair. I shall get my sheets washed today I think. For those of you in the 'which sheet' discussion - I have pure egyptian cotton bedding - only one set which is why it has to be washed and dried in one day but it's fab. I shall be gutted when it finally wears out but I've had it for about 6 years now - washed weekly and it's still going strong.
Am off to the optician this morning. I've been doing a Gerry Springer for far too long (i.e. propping glasses on forehead to look at close things) I'm also struggling when looking at the computer monitor. If I'm sitting properly in the chair, without glasses, I can't see the screen properly. With my glasses I can't see the screen properly so I have to slouch! I've been shortsighted all my life and had hoped that when I got to this certain age when people tend to go long sighted that I'd end up with 20/20 vision but it hasn't quite worked out like that! I'm pretty certain though that if I need glasses for just computer use I can charge it out as a legitimate company expense so they'll come in cheaper because they'll be paid out of pre-taxed money - off to check HMRC website now
Then I'll bath and put the washing on. Am about to allow the computer to restart itself...I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
