Only because I co-operated! You're waiting for the washer I'm waiting for my duvet to dry but going to give up and just chuck a blanket on the bed. Have you decided what you are doing about the party yet?

Lil_me - hope you get some relaxation time on holiday and you get a break. Good luck in coming to a decision on the courses, must be so difficult after all the work and effort you have put in but you sound so tired although like you say may be you can do one of them - ((hugs)). Hope you get a meal out for your birthday.

MOJT - good luck tomorrow with your DH, you sound so much more positive

    Sexymouse - Egypt looks fab
Don't put it down, put it away - thanks Valli

Thank you to all who post competitions & help the smooth running of the comps board

    Morning Everyone.

Just a quick hello as Im off to work. I will catch up with the thread tonight. Will be keeping our eyes open as our manager sneaks in when she is off duty. Not that we do anything thats the thing. Too busy seeing to the clients etc. She actually sometimes comes through the woods so we cannot see her coming. I just think she is barmy. She has a very false manic laugh.

Dunno about Nicki - but I know you're right - now if I was brave enough to go into Ann Summers...

(Reminds me DD (age 12) t'other day 'When I grow up I'll shop at River Island...and Ann Summers'...

Valli choked, and spluttered and suggested DD might not want to shop at Ann Summers - it's not actually a clothes shop ...

DD (quick rethink) Right! I won't shop there then!

(Just didn't want her sharing this 'ambition' with anyone else...)

By the way, in our town these two shops are VERY close together!

So we know what you want for Christmas then!:D

Well it's taken me forever to catch up and I didn't go out until yesterday afternoon!

Went looking at settees yesterday - might be tempted but not sure yet as the quotes for the new boiler have come in at over £2000 which was a bit more than I'd hoped for and we're supposed to be saving to go away next year.
