What to do with leftover gravy/juice

    Thanks for your replies.

    I was thinking of adding a tin of chopped tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms to it then missing it with pasta, but I didn't know if that would tatse ok or not.

    The casserole itself was delicious. it just had sausages, carrots and onions in it (my kids like it this way).

    I would add tinned chopped tomatoes and use it as stock for a lovely beef casserole ;)

    Thanks Marleyboy that does sound delicious, but, I don't have anything in to make another casserole and I'm trying to use up what I already have in the cupboards and freezer.
    my freezer badly needs defrosting so I would rather not freeze anytthng else.

    I'd have it on mashed potatoes with some other veggies on the side. Good old comfort food.
