You may cancel your order at any time either before or up to 28 days after delivery by:


Returning the goods to any Woolworths store (you will need to bring you delivery note and the credit/debit card used for payment).
Following the instructions on cancellation and returns in our delivery note



Goods must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original packaging. CDs, DVDs, pre-recorded videotapes, minidiscs, any software (including computer games) and all digital cameras must be returned with the seal unbroken. We cannot accept returned goods which do not meet these requirements.
