unfortunately, browsing around the web this morning reveals "gloats" of people ordering Dozens of these (in once case 100 to sell on eBay >:( )

This will negate the chance of these companies making an ex gratia decision in our favour.

Oh I hope I get it. I just ordered 1 from Tesco. Daughter has been on about this for ages. If everything works out this'll shut her up for ages on Xmas. Well hopefully at least 5 minutes.

Just ordered 1 from Virgin, and got confirmation.
Has anybody out there emailed virgin and asked for confirmation that it is an actual black bundle (black console+game+controller) and not a game pak (just a game disk in a box)?
