Well if there selling it as just the game they are in breach of the trade descriptions act 1968 as the title and illustrations depict a bundle rather than just the game. The fines would probably be more than the loss on the item.

Well I have just ordered one from tesco - I have sod all chance cos most people got in there before me.

Would have done the woolies thing, but for some reason it kept coming up with 'this page cannot be displayed' when I went to checkout

Is anyone else ordering them for the sake of it? I wasn't planning to get this (like ever!) but I do like the range of games - my son will love it! (shame I already have a gba sp for him for christmas!)

Looking at the description the title heading is

"Pokemon Colosseum Black Bundle", not pak bundle ???

The picture is of the 'mega pak' though.

And black bundle would usually refer to the colour of the console.
