A few in Blackpool today, mainly white/cream & a couple of small brown grab bags. Bought the only black one, all had dust covers but did notice a couple had no dog attached!

I bought a Radley bag from John Lewis and never got any cream with that

I bought a Radley bag from John Lewis online and it came without dustbag or cream. However, they sent me the wrong colour...they said I could exchange it in one of their shops for the right colour, which I did, and the shop one had the dustbag and cream

i asked in collectables store last week and was told they aren't doing the cream with radley bags any more, it can damage the bags as peeps were using too much of it

There were some in the Wood Green branch, but mostly small ones. I managed to find a gorgeous large one so was very pleased. No dust bag or cream with it, although the small ones had dust bags. Thanks very much for the post!

To be more precise, Radley are stopping putting cream inside the bags so they can sell you it as an extra rather than providing it for free.

I was in the store yesterday at 11am and they had about 15 left. They were near to the entrance. No bag or cream

    Thanks OP

After reading this post this morning, I drove past a TK Maxx in London Beckton so popped in and had a good hunt. Found a couple that I really liked, one larger work type (£69.99) and one small black shoulder type (£34.99). Bought the smaller one with the blue dog :D . No dust bag, but I never use them anyway :o And I did spot some without a dog (!!), but mine was lovely.

    Thanks so much :T
