I am just resurrecting my Virtual Assistant business after putting it on the back burner in order to work fulltime as a PA to my hubby. Now they are more organised I can go back to my original idea of working from home for myself!
I will be using ExpressScribe but my foot pedal only cost me £59 from Inquit Audio.
I use GoToMyPC to connect to DH's computer and have been looking into Smartsheet for those clients who don't want to use GoToMyPC.
I also use TextAnywhere for sending out texts (funnily enough) these can be scheduled for future dates so it is a really handy tool for me to use when I need to remind people to do things like take company vehicles for their MOT!
Another good virtual assistant forum is The Society of Virtual Assistants they are really helpful and there are plenty of experienced VAs on there happy to impart advice.0 -

For those that are interested in becoming a virtual assistant, I signed up to this website a few weeks ago - http://virtualassistants.co.uk/ and have had a few offers put my way. There has been nothing I've been interested in yet but hopefully something will come soon! Does anyone else have any more websites that I can sign up to?
. I've even tried on a different computer. Any suggestions anyone? TIA.

Hi
If you want to work from home I have a friend who is looking for people to do data entry on the computer working from home.
Please let me know and I can give you the details.
Think you'll find this is a scam.
