A big hello to all I wonder if any of you can help with a small problem - I have just been declared Bankrupt and i have one year to go before I am discharged all my debts have been cleared so I no longer owe any money. My Query is this - I currently live in rented accommodation and my Boyfriend wants me to give up my flat and move to his house. Would this be a problem? Would there be a problem with the official receivers who are looking after me until discharge ? Would my boyfriend be dragged into my debt problems as well?
