Take your electric arrears off the expenditure and put it under debts as if you are advised BR is an option it will go into the BR.

The electric comes out of my bank by Direct Debit and the arrears figure was from the last statement and I was £184.79 in debit, I haven't had my new one through yet. My arrears was over £305.81 on the statement before (I get my statements monthly).

There might not be much arrears left now.My monthly electric bill last time around was £34.98 so the rest would come off the debt.Hopefully within the next month there will be no arrears left.

I am paying off the electricity debit and then when my account is in credit I will asked the electric company to lower my Direct Debit to around £100 as I want to build up some credit to use over the winter months so I don't go into arrears again.

We don't have gas in our house so all the heaters are electric and we have a electric hot water tank. We have to use our heaters alot over the winter as we don't have double glazing and it gets cold quickly. We have 2 heaters downstairs (we have one large open plan room) and some heating pannels in the bedroom - but these are not realy warm enough but they will do.

We have taken advice from Warm Front and someone came round to fill in some forms but nothing else really happened.
