I would go with the small claims court if she is trying to pull a fast one or you could try the heavy approach.

If it makes you feel any better i,m going through the same thing, except my item is only worth £30 quids. Guess i,ll be claiming that back from the post office
as lost item but i,ll be making sure he gets a really good feedback and spam mail.

yes but what they are doing isnt nice either. In this case i probably only leave a negative but if i had lost a lot more i wouldnt hesitate.

Never did get the call back from Paypal, no surprise there Rang them *again* and demanded to speak to the supervisor. Seems it takes 72 days for the credit card company to repay Paypal, for Paypal to repay me so I guess I need to wait until that deadline passes before I call again.

Got more answers from them this time, though it's an unbelievable set up they run there !

Was paid £15 compensation for the lack of returned calls. Lets hope they don't return any further calls I make, could make all my money back from them instead !

I was offered the compensation after grumbling on at 'em Funny how they ask you, as if you're gonna say no !
