I have added what I think I can to help you, you will receive a IPA/IPO for anything over £99, on a sliding scale (sorry dont have the table of figures, sure someone will post them)"Well, that sounds like a pretty good deal. But I think I got a better one. How about I give you the finger, and you give me my phone call"

You must include child benefit in your I&E, but the OR shouldn't include it in any calculation for an IPA.
So make sure that your income from benefits is itemised so that they can see how much of it is from child benefit.
Tax credits can be included in the calculation for an IPA, but any surplus that they calculate and use for an IPA must not exceed your earned income. In other words they can only set the IPA to take a % of the earned income. Any higher and they would be taking part of your benefit which is not permitted.
That's a little difficult to put across, so I hope that is fairly clear.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I think you will find that if your car is on HP it will go as the company will be told of your BR and collect i have yet to know of anyone who has kept that after BR. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but look on the bright side get a cheap run around and you wont have to worry about the monthly fees for a car.:cheesy: K2nga :cheesy:
