me too dc off sick at the mo so not got work although some how my 3 yr old dd social calander has gone crazy today! we have a play date, swimming lessons, a lunch date, a birthday party and a dinner date with family today! 3 going on 13 i say!!

oh pl, i love the summer hols because the mad rush in term time for football youth clubs etc has be running around in and out of the car like a madwoman, i swear that the dropping off picking up uses as much energy as the activity itself.
So i enjoy days when I don't have to do anything, you know.... except the washing, cleaning, ironing, shopping, cooking, walking the dog..lol!

Pink my toddler sleeps thru now too thank god. She got a upsa daisy quilt cover from one of my aunts when they brough the baby a present so in bed is her happiest place at the moment.

Rain here too which isn't the best still OH is working overtime so that means extra money. Not looking forward to amusing the toddler in the home tho. think I may have to visit a few relatives or maybe try get a friend up for a trip to soft play.

dc you make me laugh! it really is so true what you say my day off consists of all those jobs too! and i can gaurantee if i aask dh to give me a hand i will get its my day off i need a rest!oh the joys of being a wife and mother!

dull and overcast here too, breezy possibility of hanging washing out, that's if i ever put in.
anyone any idea what to cook for dinner. My meal planning skills are nil at the moment.

Morning All, I'm too excited to sleep, been up for ages, going to the RSPCA today to bring home the newest member of my family, currently just called Cat.

oh lilac isnt it lovely when they finally sleep! dd got a new bedspread and that worked for her too! funny little things arnt they!!
whoever invented the indoor soft play was a god! i dont know who loves our local one more, dd or me!!

Aww Areal, how old is 'cat' is it male or female??

pink - yeah they are funny little sausages. soft play is fantastic for letting her burn off some energy. we don't have a garden suitable for outdoor play so it tends to be soft play when cold/raining and park when dry/warm.
