Got this reply from the ebay buyer.

Hi again the game could not be tested as my son did not have a xbox untill christmas As i said it was bought for a christmas gift you can check my feed back as i have just bought lots of xbox items for christmas so the game has only been test now thank you.

    I have replied with this.

[FONT=arial,sans-serif]I have checked your feedback and can only see one xbox game that has been brought since your purchase from me in October.

As advised in my previous email i will not be refunding the item as it was working when i posted it to you over two months ago and feel it should have been tested upon receipt, if you had purchased this second hand from a retail store you would be past the timescale to return it and refund as well.

I will not be responding to any more emails regarding this item.

Hope they leave you alone now Lilmiss.

I just played new sun bingo through WPT for the £20 cashback, as i couldnt be bothered to wait to see if quidco offer more as i was bored. It says deposit £10 and play a real game....so really you only need to play one 10p game? Is that right? I played £2 of cards, it took £1 from my account and £1 from my bonus money. So i have played a real game now havent i? As it took £1 of my own money.
Anyway, i won £20 and £1 on an instant game gold digger! lol. So i just withdrew £29. :) Also it asked for my sort code and account number toput the money back on my card and my account name. Does account name mean name of bank or card holders name? As i put bank name.

Im hoping im up by my £20 winnings and £20 cashback, it hasnt tracked yet. So fingers crossed.

I won't be replying to them again, i shouldn't hear from eBay as its been 67 days since i sold the item, they have 45 days to open a dispute via paypal.

I am still inside in my Pjs! :p

Well done on the win Maria. The ebay person is an idiot, hopefully ebay will sort them out, but ebay & paypal can be equally bad. Geh, good luck with it. I still need to write another dooyoo review. I think I've decided to sacrifice the quality of my reviews somewhat, there isn't that much of an incentive to write decent ones on there so I may as well condense them a bit.

Ebay buyers and sellers are a right pain in the bum sometimes! Theres some right dodgy people on there. I hardly buy anything on there anymore, but i could do with selling some bits next year.

Has anyone played blackpool club bingo through cashback kings? If so has it tracked for you?

It says you get a free £21 play before you even deposit, then £30 cashback for £20 deposit and play. It hasnt tracked for alot of people on there and £20 is alot to risk!

I am thinking of doing a review on eBay but it might come across negative :o

I need to list some stuff tonight so its put me off a bit.

I have been told she can't do any dispute via eBay or Paypal as its been too long.

I am ignoring her now anyway unless i hear from ebay in which case i have saved my emails to send to them.

Maria most people said that Blackpool club didn't work, i did it via freefivers and didn't track on there or let me take out my winnings.

You have to download the software too.

I might have to start trying to use ebay to buy more beads now the exchange rate is as bad as it is. I haven't done it, but I think I remember mm having problems withdrawing from it over the summer? I can't remember exactly...
