    I cant wait until December. I have a week off from 11th – 17th December, then Thursday, Friday and Monday at work and then I’m off until 2nd January. Hurrah!

    wow-thats brill!!! i'm working the 22nd and am then off until the 2nd Jan,was going to book the friday off as well but then i thought going back one day and then having the weekend is a nice way to drag myself gradually back to work!!

    Just worked out i should have at least one thouand pounds saved by the end of this year!! not bad seeing my original debtfree by 2009 challenge was just to be debt free!!

    I love holidays! :D Im going to see my mum in the first week, we are going over for my nephews birthday, so it should be nice.

    Blimey MM thats brilliant. You will be over 1/5 of the way to getting your Mini! And to think you were aiming to be debt free, but you have that and £1K savings. :j

    I know! i cant really believe it!! I think everyone has acheived so much more than they wanted to originally, i mean-look at your lack of debt now!!!

    Its been great. Thank you! If you had told me this time last year that I would be able to clear my CC in such a short time I wouldnt of believed you.

    Just think, if i had done it when i thought about it (September 07) I would be debt free completly now! BUT then again, i probably wouldnt of had the help and support from here. :D

    Yeah we are the best debt busters ever!!

    Are we going to be the best savers ever?? i didn't think at the start of sept when i became debt free i would be able to raise £3,600 in 7 months for my isa but i am bl**dy doing it!! oh my god how exciting!

    Aussie on a budget is still about sh joined the no spend challange in sept and has been spotted comping. i have sent a pm saying we are thinking of her and hope all is well maybe she will pop in sometime!

    that's good Jen glad she's ok. I have been a bit slack in the savings department but now I'm going to try to do a payment a day, should help with motivation I hope. Never going to beat you though you are savings queen !!
