  • Hi to anyone who's around...

My family are going to the amazing Chinese buffet tonight and I don't whether to go. It's an all you can eat place and it costs £9 (my dad pays for everyone, including my 18-year old bro but I pay for myself... so it's awkward :S). I have already put on 5lb in the last fortnight so not sure if I should go! I always feel so full afterwards as it's all greasy stuff and because I've paid £9 I feel like I have to eat loads. Hmm, what to do!

Why do you have to pay for yourself CL?
  • I love Chinese food too. I haven't had curry for ages so think I'll go & will make a point of asking for a separate bill for myself so he doesn't embarrass me in the restaurant.

My dad and I don't get on very well at all (that's putting it mildly.. :S). I honestly don't mind paying my own way *but*the fact that he's loaded and he pays for my brother makes me feel singled out. He's pathetic really :)

Right now I'm ironing like a madwoman just to get it all done... and watching my ebay listings as they end soon. I'm looking forward to packaging up all the clutter tonight :D There's something theraputic about it.

Gotta love families, half of mine don't talk so i know how annoying they can be.

Hope you enjoy the meal x

Annnndddd i may have another addition to my cat family. A little boy bengal from Monty's breeders needs a home, and i have loved him since he was a baby. I am going to probably take him next weekend and see if i can introduce him to my 2 boys. :D I know, its naughty but he is bootiful.

Hi Amy, glad your internet is sorted. If you can offer the cat a good home and your two take to him etc then why not
