Just been ctaching up on the thread... sorry to hear you didn't get the job Nichelette - I hope you get the temp job
Amy that's fab about ebay - bet you're glad you didn't accept the offers now! I always end up accepting best offers because i'm impatient :S
I have to do loadsssss today. I have five massive heavy books to post, and I only have enough packaging stuff for three SO I'm going to have to take two trips into town (post three books, buy tape and envelopes, then come home to package the others!) My parents & brother have gone out so I'm going to have to walk
Did my scratchcards and got 1x50p, 3x10p. One of them is up to £10 so I'll withdraw tomorrowReally glad I finally started doing them now. Ooh and my £500 cheque that I won came today so will pay that in today!
Right I'm off to do something productive xxx0 -
Hi CL
, you should package the books in the post office if it's big enough
. I see people doing that all them time when I'm there. It's great you got your cheque.
I've taken my photos now but I'm having a dilemma about which ones to use as the primary picture. Basically there are two lots, I have taken a set and so has my friend, but I kind of want the first photos to all be quite uniform which I won't get if I use my friends. His are warmer in tone than mine but the earring photos only have one in focus with the other in the background. Not sure what to do...I need the ones that will look best as a thumbnail. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -
This is what I mean, does anyone have an opinion which would look better as a thumbnail? Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

I think the first one would look best as a thumbnail - it looks more professional and is closer up, that's just my opinion though
V pretty earrings by the way x
If I take the books to the post office I'll also have to take half a cardboard box with me, as that's what i'm using to package them :rotfl:I think I'll just go again tomorrow with the rest of them, and hope that someone takes pity on me and gives me a lift!0 -
Thanks cl, I don't have to list anything til later so I'll go with the majority probably. I think the top ones are better in so much as the colours are more true to life. The pearls are actually cream but they look white in the second one.
You're probably better going again tomorow, then at least you won't have to carry them.

If the first pic resembles the colours better then I agree you should use them.
My poor dd is upbeat one min and screaming the next. Bless her her crying is going right through me now but daddy is home now so he's taking over and giving her her tea. She's eating well which is good just wish she could tell me what hurts.0
