the housing association are replacing my heating system for free (i rent from them) i have a really horrid storage supboard which i really want to get rid of so i am going to get a biulders quote so see home much it will cost if housing association let me do it also i sold my shed and i havn't replaced it so i need a shed! the shed i want is £200 and i dunno how much the wall will cost. this house needs loads of building work done as it has a crap layout but i want to buy it off housing first them do the work!

me to but i sort of feel pushed to do it now as they want to move the boiler onto the wall i want to have removed! so i have to do it now or never the main problem is the stairs are in the wrong place which will be expencive to have fixed but if i want to stay here a long time (which i do) i need to do something about dds room as it is 9 1/2 ft by 4 1/2 foot so she can only have a bed in it!!

yes there are a couple of options my room is huge it could be divideded or if the bottem tier of stairs were moved round to flush with the walls her room would be 8ft by 9 1/2 ft!! but that would involve losing a 2 storage cupboards that i don't use moving the bottem flight of stairs and extending the floor over where the stairs were! hard to explain but basically there is a huge space about the bottem flight of stairs where dds floor should be!

when i get the printer etc working i will take some pictures maybe later in the week.
the problem with getting the work done is gettting permission from housing and the cost of builders etc

yeah it is all very complicated because i will be buying it off the housing assocaiation (i will get a 10% discount off the market price) but the more work i do before i buy it the more it will be worth! I don't think i can buy it yet as my deposit would be under 10% and i am only contracted to work 16 hours.
but i would like to at least get rid of the wall which wouldn;t effect the value and then the boiler would be in the right place if i ever get the stairs moved!!
