I want a cat sooo much. There's a gorgeous green-eyed cat that keeps visiting our garden... we can't decide whether it's a stray or not as it doesn't seem to have any sense of danger, plus his coat is really long. I'd take him in if he was a stray but not sure how we can find out if he's a stray or just very friendly?!

I was reading the savings board earlier, and that's what's scared me in the first place. It's hard to know what to do as it seems every single bank at the moment has problems :S

Do you have over £35k savings? Because it not then there's nothing to worry about. If your bank goes bust or whatever then you will get your money back but only max of £35k.

  • I'm almost certain he's a stray... he has no collar on, and although he looks fat, I felt him the other day and he is thin - the fur makes him look fat. We gave him half a tin of tinned meat and he ate the lot and he's come right into our house a few times. Then again, he could just be one very crafty cat! Don't worry, I have no intentions of cat-napping him > ;) <-- there should be a winky smilie here but it's gone awol!

No Maria I don't have anywhere near that amount with them, but I do worry about Icesave in particular as they have a different set of rules where you have to claim the money back from the Icelandic system or something like that

He sounds like a crafty cat to me! lol If you are worried you could knock on a couple of houses to see if he belongs to anyone?
