Its apparantly for works they carried out to the balcony.
I am trying to fight it Jen, but the council are being so slippery is rediculous.

Even if it goes to court, which i have a deep feeling it will, my boss said I should have a fair shot as I have been taking pictures of everything since last September (blimey i cant believe its been gonig on for 1 year :eek: ).
And as I work for Surveyors im sure they will take on my case, so thats good.
Ah well, I have written a letter, just waiting for my boss to OK it, then we shall see what happens.

Thanks MM. Its just been dragging on for so long now, and i feel like they are trying to take the pee.
Like you say at least i work where they can help me. Would be completly confuzzled if i didnt.
