Company season ticket loan

Hi,
Where I work, one of the benifits is a season ticket loan. They take the monthly payment direct from my wages. I have one at the moment, should I list this as an unsecured creditor? I'd much rather not as I don't want my company to know. I only have around £100 remaining.
Also after the BC, can I take another season ticket loan from my comapny as it reduces my monthly transport costs or would this count as borrowing over £500?
Thanks,

Hmmm I'm interested in this too as I have one and was planning to get another one next year! Hadn't thought about that...
I don't think it really counts as a proper debt as there was no credit agreement and just comes straight out of your wages- but I could be wrong0 -
I have dental insurance / contract phone . private insurance for me and my kids and a bit more I think like this, it comes straight out of my pay.
I have listed any, for a start I am happy to pay it, for seconds, it comes out of my pay, third I signed no credit agreement, the only agrement that would exist isbetween my company and who they deal with and fourth, if I left e.t.c they would take full final payment out of my last salary, so they have no chance of loosing anything.
I wouldnt list them and as long as you are paying for it, I wouldnt worry about next years one wither and continue. howvere I am no lawyer, so I can not gaurantee my info is correctBankruptcy Supporters Club No.1790 -
The OR is normally fine with these.
They don't need to be listed as a creditor, and I've never heard an OR causing any problems about the payments.
