Ok looks like my post got deleted, must have been advertising or something, there has been a company advertising on my local radio station claiming to be able to get back your loan or credit card cash, if you have been mis sold it. Has anyone had any dealings with such a company, and is it worth giving them a call?

Why pay for something that you can do yourself for free. All the information you need is on this site and all the money you get back is yours and you don't have to give any to these sharks.

I am already with the cccs, I had a gambling problem and kept on taking out loans and credit cards, and although ultimately I am to blame, if the lenders had taken the time to look into my finances properly before giving me various loans and increasing credit limits etc non of them in their right minds would have lent me money, I used to deposit large sums from my credit cards into online betting accounts, so very easy to see, and then get consolidation loans to pay off the balance, and then do it AGAIN!!!!!!!
