  • speaking from a consumers point of view, altho i love knitting and latch hook, making i pay a small fortune on ebay for cardigans and sweaters for my kids, the only problem is they all seem to be tiny baby size at the moment, maybee thats a market worth tapping into, and if you do make some please pm me your username on there so i can look, also something else people like me (lots of small kids) buy in the handmade section is gloves as long as you price them reasonably people will buy them

  • Hi kaz

I have knitted many Jean Greenhowe dolls etc and have recently downloaded her free patterns from her website. Folk used to say to me would it not be worth knitting to sell. However, because of the copyright issue and also because of the time it takes to actually produce an item (never mind the stuffing, materials etc) it was just not financially viable.

    Good luck with your scarves.
