Free XP Themes?

Does anyone know where I can find free XP themes that are safe? I'm specifically looking for a traffic light theme but any others would be great!!

There are a few on Microsoft's website, but by and large they're pretty basic in comparison to most.

Have you considered exploring the world of Microsoft Visual Styles? They can make Windows XP look a lot prettier than a mere desktop theme alone:
