That's interesting, although it was 5 years ago. It also says that older people were more aware of the changes than younger, which is to be expected.
Regarding your other post, my understanding was that the decision took such a long time because there was much debate as to how equalisation would work - would women's age go up, men's go down or would they meet in the middle? With hindsight and knowledge of the current pension debate the fact that it would be women's pension age that went up looks a foregone conclusion!0
