IPA questions

When I had my interview, which was by phone, we reached an IPA agreement right there and then.
Subsequently, when I called in to hand over my cash-in-hand it was lowered a bit due to my wife's IVA.
Does the early agreement of an IPA mean that your case is straightforward?

I think it just means that you did well with your paperwork, well done:D
Some OR offices are a bit more on the ball than others and will have looked through your SoA and decided on the IPA before the interview.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Yes I did. They asked if I might want to appeal, but I said I just wanted to make things easy and get it all over with as soon as possible. I reckon their assessment was pretty OK and I can afford it.
I saw the judge one day and had my OR interview two days later, so I guess everyone was on the ball.
What I'm trying to assess is how good or otherwise the signs are.0 -
In terms of ED
.Sounds good. Your OR seems to be on the ball. Was there any property involved?. If not you may well find your case will be transferred to a trustee soon, then it's a wait for discharge;) .D Free impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

No property at all; we rent our place.
Had an exceptional year in terms of earnings and, get this, a flipping bank error for a massive sum of money which was corrected a week or two later. I suppose that should pique their interest!?0 -
