You get what you pay for.I am a Mortgage Consultant and don't like to be told what I can and can't put in a signature so long as it's legal and truthful.0

You can always deal with an adviser outside the region on a telephone basis!?!

I got some good advice from David Wright.
In the end he could not beat the rate given by Nationwide. Some providers do not use IFAs.
I found the FSA tables most helpful.
