Acne!! HELP!!

Hello everyone,
At 36 years old I have been affected by a breakout of acne, I have been to the doctors and tried several treatments but to no avail. Now at £7.15 a pop this is proving expensive and adding to the stress of finding a cure, does anyone have any natural remedies I can try at home, I am trying to save money and reduce stress levels but this problem is making my life hell.
