does anyone know if the refund double policy applies to the price of items on their website compared to the price instore? i bought a laptop instore yesterday, and just realised that it is £21 less on tesco.com than they charged me instore. They didnt seem too sure which one was which in the store as the codes did not match, so it was decided by spec and scanned up at £299, but i have just checked the model and spec with the one advertised on their site and they seem to match.
If the policy applies to their .com prices i have been overcharged. I chose to go to the store after looking on their site, and decided on this one as many models were sold out, so i wouldnt have been sure about the .com price anyway.
Does anyone know?
