Hi All,

In my spare time for years i have done online surveys and today i had one about financial hardship and BR.

At the end of the survey they added names and descriptions of companies that can offer help so i thought i would copy and paste it here and i hope you find it useful.

Citizens Advice (CAB)
Citizens Advice is a registered charity that offers free independent and confidential advice from more than 700 locations throughout the UK.
Helpline: 0207 833 2181 to find your local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).
Opening hours: Monday to Friday
8am - 6pm.

Community Legal Service (CLS)
The Legal Services Commission (LSC) runs the Community Legal Service (CLS) and administers what was previously known as legal aid. The CLS Directory lists solicitors and advice agencies in your area.

Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS)
The CCCS is a registered charity dedicated to providing free, confidential counseling and money-management help to families and individuals in financial distress. They provide counselling on budgeting; advice on the wise use of credit; and, where appropriate, achievable plans to repay debts.

R3 – the Trade Body for Insolvency Professionals
R3 is a trade body which represents 97% of Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) - who are professional accountants and lawyers. They help individuals and businesses in financial trouble. You can search the on-line Directory to find an Insolvency Practitioner in your area. Many IPs will give an hour’s free advice so contact your nearest IPs and check.
