cheap telly vcr combi

Options
Hello everyone
I wonder if any of you kind people could help? My sons telly has just packed up and I want to buy him a new one. A vcr combi. The cheapest I have seen is Argos 69.99. Bush model (1 have a 5.00 gift token as well) Is this the best I can get?

Also I want to get him a freeview box, is it best to buy the one with the card slot? Also I am going to try and run it with a inside ariel. (we live in a built up area) which is the best and cheapest to buy?

I have looked on ebay but the p&p makes it a very expensive option.

Any help anyone?
But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more

I saw a Philips 14" tv/video combi in TJ Hughes last week for £59.99. They also had another brand, can't remember which one, same price. Also Freeview boxes for about £35.

i'm sure I saw a tv/ vid combi in asda last night. It may have been around the £50 mark, but I really cannot remember. Superstore, Eastlands (opp Man City, manc)
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

Would recommend looking in Asda, TV DVD combo was £65.00 in ours, as my ds pointed out hopefully, so would assume vid combo would also be cheap, sorry wasn't actually looking for one of these so can't remember the price.
