Hi Everyone, well it seems my BR may be looming ever closer! I owe the HMRC 12,000. I have tried writing letters offering payment, but surprise surprise they ignored them! and today they have sent a bailiff, we werent in,but i have rang them. they say the next step is court, i am unsure wether they will send another bailiff. Basically i am after some sort of guidance what i should be putting on my I/E form for either county Court or the official Receiver (if and when it gets that far) we are a family of 2 adults and 4 children. We live in rented accom. £695pm. im not sure whats allowed or not or how much to claim for each item. Also, do i have to declare any tax credits, partners maintainance, child benefit etc?
Thanks All

You have to declare all benefits but the OR does not take all of them into consideration when working out your total income. You have to put down what you actually use/spend on household bills but we can, like shadow says tweek it if you are a little on the high/low side with some things. Each OR differs(bone of contention on here)so we can only give you rough guides as to what we THINK the OR will allow. Also the cost of living differs from area to area.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau
