Bankruptcy - My Income

Hi,
Me and my partner are going to file bankruptcy next thursday (14th august) and i was wondering what to put as my income on the petition.
My partner has earnings of £0 as he's self employed and made a loss last year, I work part time and earn £ 9,500pa. We get help from tax credits and working tax credits of about £750.00pm this also helps pay our daughters nursery fees of £550.00pm.
My question is that I'm due to go maternity leave in september and my employers dont pay my normal salary while i'll be off, my salary for the next 9 months will be statutory maternity pay which is about £117.00pw.
When i go onto this salary change and 2nd baby is born our joint income will be per month:
Partner - £0
Me - £468.00
Tax/Work Credits - £1000.00 (will go up when baby born plus less money coming in from wages.
so do i put my income as statutory pay or normal pay?
so confused and need to get this kind of info right
thanks for your help in advance.

Hi
You need to put your income as it stands on the day of bc without the debts.Again when you fill in your i&e sheet for the OR you do it as it is then. When you get your interview you can explain to the OR that your income will be changing.DFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Sorry if you dont already know, but I would speak with your HR department, it is unlikly that they will give you SMP for a whole year, they only legally have to pay you for 6 or 9 months I think.
