Aria Digimate 15.4 monitor

Just bought a widescreen monitor from https://www.aria.com. I have just checked it out and there are 4 dead pixels in the middle of the screen.
Does anyone know what redress I have and how good Aria are at replacing it or refunding? what is there customer service like.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have read somewhere about software that fixes dead pixels. I'll try and find the article.

EDIT: hang on, that may have been for an Ipod. I'll keep looking.

2nd EDIT: it was for a psp, and it's a video that you play, so it's probably not much help. It's discussed here. I have no idea if it works or not.

daddytourist - add a p to the end of the web address and it'll work

natanddan - Even if you have no redress under Aria's faulty pixel policy, then depending on how long ago you bought the monitor, you could simply return it under the Distance Selling Act if you're unhappy?
