The leeds building society are still lending up to 95%0 -
Hi ya, Yes there are quite a few lenders doing this but it depends on how much deposit you have? and whether you have any adverse credit? Kindest Regards Michelle0

Hi,
Are you sure you want to buy now?
I did mine through the Nationwide. I found that they knew all about the schemes and dealt with it quite efficiently. They have some good rates at the moment, well worth a look. I was given an equity loan and the NW treated it as if it was my own deposit, unlike other lenders.
Give them a call.
Good luck. Si0 -
Thanks for all your advice guys!0

I had mine through Britannia (several years ago). They gave discounts for Unsion members too. You also get a share in the profits each year, which comes as a nice bonus.I want to be credit card and loan free by Christmas 20100
