Council Tax Arrears vs Funding my BR

My incomings dont meet my outgoings, even with excessive overtime and night shifts in between days. This month I've got 3 days off, today is one of them, although I'm working a waking night shift tonight and im off tomorrow (so i can sleep). I have fallen behind with council tax and because i still owed £260 from last year…
