Are you allowed pets in a hostel?

your TV needs to be £12...
Your elec is v low..remember it will get much higher v soon (increases in charges and change in weather..only 11 weeks till the clocks change:rolleyes: )and you need to account for that. The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

BLTN I thought that if the you started paying TV license by DD then it is higher for the first 6 months because you have to pay so much in advance and that the OR accepted this. Am I mistaken?BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0

Hello Tigerfeet2006,
Thank you for the links.
Am aware of joint debts. OH is also going to declare himself BR.
There are two mobiles, we have no land line as being in hostel.
We have two cats who are with my parents until we are rehoused. I can bury pet ins & internet connection in with holidays, clothes or housekeeping.
BLTN - We are on a meter and only have basic electrical items in room. Cooker, kettle, microwave, tv dvd and 3 lights, which doesn't use a lot. At mo £5 is lasting two weeks. I can increase it and will obviously tell OR of situation & that we will gain more bills when we move.
With TVLC, I am paying £5.50pw which can be proved as on budget plan so have paperwork & payment card. I'll leave it and see what they say.
With regards to fee remmission, is it better to apply for this first then get BR date, or get date first?
Thank you to everybody who's helping.

Glad you have cooking facillites it makes such a diference. We had no facillities just a a bed, wardrobe, cot for the baby and a bathroom. Having to buy take aways nearly everyday and sandwiches from the shop got very expensive..
Not 100% with the remission question so I will leave that to those more knowledgable.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
