all i have noticed is that mcflurrys were 99p last week and now they are£1.19..over 20% increase..I had already stopped buying their milkshakes on principle as they kept jumping up in price to £1.59

Yes, I spotted the price hike too. Okay at 99p, but we won't be buying them so often at £1.19, as it's pretty cheap-skate ice-cream they use. Also, the milkshakes, to me, are just thinner ice-cream - I seriously doubt they have ever seen a strawberry.

Still, they are better than the Ice-Cream Factory at Pizza Hut which just ends up with some foul concoction that even the kid's decide they don't want to eat.

oh man.. i love mcflurry's. but have put myself on a 2 month fast food ban in the hope of shifting some of this 12.5 stone of "relaxed muscle"!

Can't beat the Creme Egg McFlurry and have to say I was disappointed in the Wispa one....and had already noticed the price hike.

How have McD's got their hands on Wispas already - they're not supposed to be re-launched until 6/10/08.

Clearly they must have done a deal with Cadbury to promote their re-launch (or perhaps they just had some left over from when Cadbury did a "trial re-launch" last year.)

Seconded - I went in for a Summer Supreme on Sunday to be told they'd finished, so I went for the oriental beef one and it was absolutely disgusting.
