Hi just want to let you all know something i found out today that may help some people applying for BR.
Have been planning BR for about three months, moved in to rented accommodation stopped paying our creditors and followed all the right procedures.
Today was going to be the day. So we were all organised ready to go..... then....
We got to our local court and was told that we couldn't apply as we haven't been living in our current duristriction for more than three months and one day... rrraaahhh we were dum struck...
so it seems now we have a couple of choices, go to London (can't be guarenteed it will go through, then wasted journey again). Make an appointment at our old local court for the 22/8, the problem with this is I work for a local newspaper and after br you are published in the local press which would then mean my employer would definately find out.
or wait for another month until we have lived here for 3 months and one day!! which at the moment seems like the only viable option...
How annoying!!! can anyone comment??? maybe a way to get around it???
Thanks for reading:mad:

How long have you been there? If its just a few more weeks to wait I think its probably your best option. Its a pain but a few more weeks on top of the three months isn't that bad."You are entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts" - Arthur Schlesinger
