Please move to correct board if not this one.
If you join Wink Bingo and should be lucky enough to win, if you have problems getting your winnings, they demand you send the following documents by email:-
In order to process your withdrawal the following documents will be needed:
- Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, National Identification Card, Citizenship Certificate etc.)
- Copy of front and back of credit card that you will be using to deposit in your account
- Utility bill displaying registered address (gas, electricity, water, council tax, telephone, etc.)
- And a bank statement showing at least one transaction has been made from aqua pay.
Do so at you own risk.

ive played many of the uk bingo sites and have to admit that "wink" is the hardest to withdraw money from0

I would say that most of the cashcade sites have this policy. (ie foxy, wink, most of the newspapers...)
I had so many problems withdrawing with them when they brought this policy in, they asked for one thing, I gave them it, then they would ask for another thing and another thing, honestly it was easier renewing my passport. They said it had something to do with the card issuers and the rules they have to follow.
What really annoyed me was you don't need to submit anything to deposit, you only have to go through all the messing around when you actually win something and want to withdraw.
It was even worse for me because before they brought this policy in I had already made numerous deposits and withdrawals without any bother at all.0 -
hi all,
ive never had problems with withdrawing from wink bingo, and ive withdrawn several times
but i had loads of trouble withdrawing from bingo .com, you have to open a neteller account to withdraw from them and send them proof like passport, driving licence or goverment approved card i didnt own any of these cards so i got a pass 18 proof of age card that cost £5 they wouldnt except this so i had to go out and get a provisional driving licence cost me £50 grrrrr
then when they finally excepted that they take a £5 fee off you everytime you withdraw
i wouldnt of bothered normally but i had won over £400 and i wasnt gonna leave that sitting in the account but now i wont even play on bingo .com0 -
i got stung place £20 pound won 54 over three games would not refund intill i placed £25 ,also asked for documents or copy of passport, they transfered all my winnings into bingo games as i could not draw on the money, what a con every time i have won they will not pay out, this also has happened to my daughter and sister and i was charged £3 for every depost of £5 i made through my card well upset0

I've had the same problem as well. Also you can't make a withdrawl until you've deposited and played £20.00.
I signed up through CashBackKings and got £21 cashback for depositing and playing £10 so I'm £11 up whatever happens. I've had a few small wins which I've decided to 're-invest' rather than send them all my personal documents. When I've used up all my credit I'm off.The fridge is empty, the walls are damp, there's no hot water
And I look like a tramp and tramps like us
Baby we were born to walk0
