Boosting Income by Taking in Ironing or Doing Cleaning

Options
Hi all
This is my first try at this so sorry if it's not quite right! ;)
Basically I am a student who works part time as an estate agent and I've just been made redundant (booo). I have a mortgage and I want to work but I am really struggling to find anywhere to take me on part time- I need full time work in the holidays to pay bills etc.

I was thinking of starting up a business where I would do ironing for people and possibly include cleaning in this as well, has anyone got any experience of this as I'm clueless! Need to know what to do about tax, how much I should charge and whether or not it would be worth it- any advice would be great!

Thanks xx
Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.
